We have confirmation from Nepal, and it is hard news.

Pastor Bed Bahadur Khadka of Punaruttha Ecclesia Church in Uttargaya, Rasuwa was swept away in the flooding along with the church building itself. He had served that area for more than 20 years. It was his home. Those were his neighbors.

His wife Remika and their daughters Karuna and Kristy survived. They lost everything else. The church land and building, their own house and land, all of it gone.

Fourteen church members are still missing. Every believing family in that village lost their home. The village itself is gone.

The congregation is ordaining a new pastor. They are choosing to keep going. They have nothing to keep going with.

OUR GOAL IS $20,000 TO $25,000

1. Rebuild the church. A place for the surviving believers to gather, grieve, and worship together again.
2. Rebuild homes. Starting with Pastor Khadka's family and extending to the believing families who lost everything.
